“When you come to visit us, you won’t find a winery with a luxury label. You’ll find me, my vineyards, and the time to sit down and drink a good wine with the person who made it.”

I’m Daniele Tinti, and I have worked this land my whole life — like my father, like my grandfather, like his before him. We are in Certaldo, in the heart of the Val d’Elsa, halfway between Florence and Siena.

We farm organically because we believe that good wine starts from healthy soil. No herbicides, no chemical treatments: just work, seasons, and patience. Alongside Chianti, we also produce extra virgin olive oil from our olive grove, and we bring it to the table together with our wines at every tasting.

Chianti wine tasting Certaldo
An experience in three moments

This is not a guided tour with headphones. It’s a slow afternoon in the Tuscan countryside, with your hands in the soil and a glass in hand.

Walk through vineyards and olive groves

A guided walk among the rows of vines and olive trees, with views over the Chianti hills. I’ll tell you about the land, the seasons, why we choose organic farming, and how the wine changes from one year to the next.

Guided wine tasting

We taste our Chianti wines together. We talk about aromas, structure and vintage — it’s not a lecture, it’s a conversation. You can ask questions, ask for more, and truly understand what you’re drinking.
