Amber color with light orange reflections. An interesting bouquet of candied fruit, dried apricot, acacia honey, vanilla and a nuance of iodine and slightly oxidative notes stands out on the nose. Honey and candied fruit are found in the mouth. The balanced softness, minerality and pleasant persistence make this vin santo definitely to be drunk in meditation or paired with a Sienese panforte, the classic cantucci di Prato.
