Ruby red with interesting garnet reflections on the nail. An interesting bouquet of red flowers and red pulp fruits emerges on the nose.  red rose, cherry jam, to slide delicately into light notes of pepper and vanilla.  In the mouth there is a marked freshness and an interesting and non-invasive tannic texture; pleasantly warm and mineral. to be paired with cold cuts, semi-mature cheeses, grilled white meats, rabbit cacciatore.
