Cerasuolo pink, bouquets of fresh red flowers, dog rose emerge as soon as it is opened, then turning towards fruity notes, strawberry and light citrus hints on the finish. It is savory and fresh to drink. There is a slight astringency due to the short maceration on the skins. A pleasantly balanced wine in its freshness and minerality. Serve at a temperature of 12 degrees. Pair with traditional Tuscan cold cuts, with a first course with white chicken ragù or a baked sea bream.
