Ruby red, top of the range of the company. Interesting Bordeaux blend. It opens to the nose with a rich fruity and floral bouquet. Violet and rose for the flowers. Blackberry, raspberry, black cherry, pepper, for the fruits. Everything then fades into intriguing notes of graphite and vanilla. Structured wine, persistent, well balanced in its hard components. Warm, good acidity as well as the tannic texture. The blackberry and black cherry persist and light balsamic notes emerge. To be drunk calmly between meals or paired with cured meats and aged cheeses, roast or grilled meats and even game.
